1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) within the U.S.

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days) within the U.S.

  • International Shipping (7–14 business days) depending on destination

You’ll see final shipping rates before completing your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship across all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that delivery times may vary for remote areas.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance.
Void is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments — these are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@void.com with your order number and details.
We’ll investigate the issue and work with our shipping partners to find a resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
Void is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
